Refunds

Get Found and Get Found + Website: you pay after you've seen the finished work. One round of changes is included before you pay, and if you don't like the finished work, you owe nothing. If something we delivered doesn't match what we agreed, request a refund within 14 days of payment and we'll fix it. If we can't, we'll refund you in full, including the sales tax you paid.

Keep it fresh and other monthly plans: cancel any time and you won't be charged again. Months already paid for aren't refunded, except when we failed to deliver the service that month.

To request a refund: call or text (360) 217-9455 or email support@berrylimeapps.com with your business name and what went wrong. We reply within two business days.

Terms

BerryLime Labs LLC provides the services described above for the prices shown, unless we agree in writing on something else. You confirm you own or can share the business information, photos and accounts you give us. Google Business Profile is a free service from Google; our fee is for our work, and it's shown on every invoice. You stay the owner of your profile and add us as a Manager, and we never need your password. Want to stop? Tell us any time, and within 7 business days you have full control back and our access is removed. We're not Google and not affiliated with it. We don't promise any search ranking or that you'll always appear on Search or Maps, and we never post fake reviews or offer anything in exchange for reviews. Websites and listings we set up are yours. We may reuse our general page layout for other businesses, never your content. Washington law applies.

Privacy

We collect only what you give us to do the work, such as your business details, photos and contact information. We use it to deliver and support our services, and we never sell it. You can pay by card, check or bank transfer. Card payments go through Stripe, our payment processor, and we don't store card numbers. The listing check on our site sends the business name you type to Google to look it up. We don't save the name. We keep counts of how many checks were run and how many times a page was opened or a button tapped, by which printed piece sent people. The counts are never tied to a person. To stop misuse, our pages also keep a scrambled form of your internet address for about an hour after your last visit. If you fill in the short form, we keep your business name, your name and your number so we can reply and, if you ran a check, which Google listing it was. We also keep which page or printed piece sent you, and, if you tick the text box, when you ticked it. We use your number only to reply to you. We text you only if you tick the box. If someone tells us about your business through our referral form, we keep your business name, your number and who told us, so we can call you about it. We text you only if you say yes. If you tell us about a business, we keep your name and, if you give it, your number, so we can thank you. To see or delete what we hold about you, email support@berrylimeapps.com.
